Welcome to the new Swiss Stanford Alumni Website.
Welcome to the website of the Stanford Club of Switzerland and the Stanford Business School Alumni Association (Swiss Chapter). Both clubs have aligned their boards and activities in order to form the Joint Stanford Alumni Association of Switzerland. This association allows Stanford alumni of all schools and faculties to stay in touch with each other and foster their relationships.
The Joint Stanford Alumni Association of Switzerland serves its members by providing opportunities to participate in interesting social and cultural events as well as sessions and workshops with prominent speakers from the world of business and politics. In addition, our members regularly receive invitations to a variety of events and activities organized by other selected alumni associations.
Our members have the joint desire to stay connected, both with the Stanford University in Palo Alto, their respective schools, and their fellow alumni in Switzerland. We currently have approximately 250 members comprising alumni from all the various schools, programs, and age groups.
If you studied or worked at Stanford and presently or temporarily live in Switzerland, please join us! In order to apply for membership, please register through our website or send a letter or email to the club administrator (see contact tab above).
The membership directory is accessible online but only available to registered and approved club members. If you are a member, please review and, if necessary, update your profile by clicking on the tab “My Profile” once you are logged in into the members’ area. If you are a member and do not want other members to have access to your information, please contact one of the club officers with your request.
The Stanford Club of Switzerland and the Stanford Business School Alumni Association, Swiss Chapter, are non-profit organizations which are funded by a modest annual membership fee and depend on the continued support of their members. The willingness of the members to volunteer time, energy, and ideas is the cornerstone of our continued success. Your proposals to improve the content and range of activities as well as a pair of helping hands are always welcome.
Giuseppe Zocco
President, Joint Stanford Alumni Association of Switzerland
